Camp takes place in the Upper Room at Truro Anglican Church (10520 Main Street, Fairfax, VA 22030), follow the yellow signs upon arrival. For security reasons, we ask all parents to come inside and sign their young person in and out. Dropoff in the morning is between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m.

Attached is the Emergency Contact form. Expect registration to take approximately 10 minutes  to ensure completion of the form required for each camper. Please return to pick campers up at the same location at 3:00pm. Parents picking up later than 3:15pm will be charged $1 per minute. Our staff is not able to stay late on Feb 16, so pickup must be prompt.

Campers should bring a snack, a bagged lunch and a drink - campers have the option for a pizza lunch at $1 per slice in lieu of their personal sack lunch. Cash for pizza must be provided at registration. Campers with peanut lunches or snacks need to notify the teacher at registration so their lunches can be stored separately, due to possible allergies.  Campers also need to wear sneakers or tennis shoes (no flip-flops) as they will be dancing and moving about. Please also bring outdoor “snow” clothes in the event that we can recess outside.
Please bring any medications your student may need. Medications will be held by the Camp Director. Make sure to note any medical or behavioral conditions that instructors should be aware of to provide the best possible experience for your camper.

Because we want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience, our camp operates under the Three Strikes discipline policy: if a student is brought to the Camp Director for misbehavior three times, their parent will be called and they will be asked to leave camp.   Any deliberate action taken by a camper to harm another individual will result in the camper leaving camp for the day, and the potential end of their camp experience.  We hope that behavioral incidents that require parental notification are few and far between.  Parents will be called and informed of any injury (bump or scrape) brought to our attention, no matter how minor. The use of iPods, cell phones, and other hand-held electronic devices will not be permitted during camp activities.
